Services
Loch Lomond Travel Group (LLTG) provides coach hire services across Scotland, the UK and Europe. Our services include:
- Private coach hire
- Corporate transport
- Event and tour transport
- Wedding and special occasion travel
- Bespoke transport requirements
Booking and Payment
- A non-refundable deposit of £100 per coach is required to confirm and secure any booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid no later than 28 days (4 weeks) prior to the date of travel unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Failure to pay the balance by the due date may result in cancellation of the booking without refund of the deposit.
- Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been received and acknowledged by LLTG.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing. Charges are applied as follows:
- 28 days or more before hire date: Deposit retained (£100 per coach, non-refundable)
- 27–21 days before hire date: 30% of total booking cost payable
- 20–14 days before hire date: 50% of total booking cost payable
- 13–8 days before hire date: 75% of total booking cost payable
- 7 days or less before hire date: 100% of total booking cost payable
Subcontracting
Where a vehicle is not available from LLTG fleet, another coach may be hire from other contractors to meet the hire requirements. In these circumstances, it should be understood that LLTG would be acting as an agent for the hirer and therefore any terms and conditions imposed by the contractor shall be binding on the hirer as if they had directly contracted the service. `
Passenger Responsibilities and Conduct
To ensure the safety and comfort of all passengers and staff, the following rules apply on all LLTG services:
- Alcohol consumption is prohibited on board any sporting event hires
- For passenger safety no hot food is to be consumed on vehicles
- No animals are permitted on board, except registered assistance animals where required by law
- Passengers must behave respectfully towards drivers, staff, and other passengers at all times
- LLTG reserves the right to refuse travel or remove any passenger whose behaviour is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate
Seat Belts and Legal Compliance
In accordance with UK law, all passengers are required to wear seat belts at all times whilst the vehicle is in motion. Failure to do so may result in refusal of travel or removal from the vehicle. Passengers are responsible for ensuring their own compliance, and guardians are responsible for ensuring children under their care are appropriately restrained.
Liability
- LLTG accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during travel.
Force Majeure
- While every effort is made to ensure punctual and reliable service, LLTG is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control.
- LLTG reserves the right to substitute vehicles where necessary for operational reasons.
Insurance
All LLTG vehicles carry fully comprehensive insurance cover.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, and logos, is the property of LLTG or McGill’s Bus Group and is protected by copyright and intellectual property law. No content may be reproduced or used without prior written permission.
Privacy
Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is available on our website. We handle all data in compliance with applicable data protection legislation.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
