Developed by mobility technology specialist Hansatech, Mobifer is a cloud-based system designed to streamline the entire booking and operational workflow for coach operators. The platform enables seamless management of enquiries, quotations, payments and dispatch, while improving data accuracy and customer communication.
Already proven across Europe, Mobifer has delivered faster enquiry-to-booking conversion, reduced administrative time and enhanced operational visibility for operators using the system.
Loch Lomond Travel Group will deploy the platform across its operations to drive efficiencies, support scalable growth and further elevate the customer experience.
